Do you often find yourself overthinking, worrying about things that haven’t happened yet, or feeling emotionally exhausted from carrying so much on your own?
Perhaps you’re constantly putting pressure on yourself, struggling to switch off, or feeling stuck in patterns that leave you anxious, overwhelmed, or low in mood. You may look as though you’re coping on the outside, while privately feeling lost, disconnected, or unlike yourself.
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. You might be:
I specialise in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem and periods of emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply have a sense that something isn’t quite right, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect and make sense of what you’re going through.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth and tailored to you as an individual. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, without fear of judgement or pressure to have all the answers. Rather than following a rigid model, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support your unique needs and circumstances.
Together we can explore the thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be contributing to your difficulties, helping you develop greater self-understanding, emotional resilience and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Alongside anxiety and depression, I also have experience supporting people through bereavement, fertility challenges, baby loss, difficulties with anger, life transitions and questions around identity and self-worth.
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. That’s why I offer a free introductory call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, tell me a little about what’s bringing you to counselling, and decide whether working together feels right for you.
I offer both online and in-person appointments, with flexible options including weekly, fortnightly and ad-hoc sessions. I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and welcome self-funding clients, BUPA members and trainee counsellors.
If any of this sounds familiar, therapy can help you understand what’s happening and find healthier ways to cope.
