Anxiety affects 1 in 5 adults every week.
What is your anxiety costing you?
I understand how challenging it can be to face anxiety & depression alone.
I am experienced at helping people whose negative thoughts are costing them dearly in life. Together, we explore the root causes of distress and develop practical, compassionate ways to manage symptoms and feel more grounded. I take an integrative approach to counselling, meaning our work is always tailored to you as an individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Therapy with me isn’t formal or intimidating — it’s simply a conversation between two people. My aim is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without fear of judgement, and where we can gently find a way forward that helps you feel more in control, more resilient, and more at peace.
I also have a particular understanding of bereavement, fertility struggles and baby loss, which can be deeply painful and isolating experiences. These journeys often carry complex emotions that can feel hard to express or make sense of. Therapy can provide a non-judgemental space to talk openly about what you’ve been through, at your own pace, helping you feel less alone and more supported as you process your experience.
Finding a therapist can feel like a big step, and it’s important that it feels right for you. I’d be very happy to have an informal chat about what you’re looking for and how I might be able to help.I also understand that life isn't always structured and you might work shifts. Sessions can be in person or online and weekly, fortnightly or ad-hoc. Let me know your requirements and I will try to accommodate as best as I can.
I can work with clients covered by BUPA Health Care and trainee counsellors studying courses in counselling and psychotherapy.
